Our Process
Working with an overseas factory shouldn't feel like a leap of faith. Over two decades, we've refined our collaboration process into six clear steps — each with defined deliverables, approval points, and open doors for your team. You stay in control; we do the building.
Working with an overseas factory shouldn't feel risky.
Our six-step process keeps you in control at every stage — you approve before we produce, and your team can inspect whenever you want.
Know each other
Every partnership starts with a conversation. We learn your product needs, target price points, volumes and quality expectations; you get a clear picture of our capabilities, capacity and current workload. If the fit is right, we move forward — and if it isn't, we'll tell you honestly.
Design
Share your vision in whatever form it exists — a sketch, a reference photo, or a complete spec sheet. Our technical team turns it into detailed 2D drawings and 3D renderings, engineering each piece for manufacturability, durability and container-efficient packing before anything is built.
Sample & approve
We build physical samples — 3D-printed prototypes where useful, hand-finished to your exact color and texture specifications. You review, request changes, and approve. Nothing enters mass production until you've signed off on a sample you've seen and touched.
Production
Once approved, we build molds, set up lines and move to mass production: 90 days for your first order, and just 45–60 days for repeat orders as tooling and processes are already in place. You receive progress updates throughout — no chasing required.
Quality check
Transparency is standard, not a favor. Our QC team inspects at every workshop stage — from raw material input to final packing — and your own QC team is welcome on our factory floor at any point of production, announced or not.
Shipping
We handle export packing, documentation and logistics coordination. Your order ships with full legal origin paperwork and arrives at your designated warehouse — ready for sale on arrival.
It depends on the product and material, but most OEM orders start from a single 40ft container per SKU. Talk to us about your target volume — we'll tell you honestly if it's workable.
Solid wood (oak, ash, acacia, rubberwood, beech, walnut), rattan, seagrass, leather, fabric, metal, glass and more — see our Our Material page for the full library.
Yes — custom design is how we work, not an add-on service. Send a sketch, reference photo or spec sheet and our technical team will take it from there.
See the Certifications & Commitments section on our About Us page for our full list of certificates and compliance documentation.
